    Forza Controller Issues


    In Forza Horizon 5 (PC) my Xbox one s controller is not working in game, I am not getting any button prompts either.

    My controller is connected via Bluetooth, I get the same problem when connected via USB cable. When I opened the Xbox accessories app, my controller was fully updated.

    Just in case it was an issue with that I reinstalled the update. It didn't help. I then tried to open the Xbox accessories app on my PC, with my controller connected.

    It says 'Connect a Device', despite it being powered up and connected.

    This is annoying as it worked literally 20 minutes ago. I just switched game on my Xbox, then switched back and now it is broken.

    This has now happened on my second controller. My first controller worked, then got the same issue. There is (I'm assuming) an issue with switching from PC to Xbox and vice versa. Please help/ fix this issue ASAP

    Hi BleachSlurper69,

    I'm sorry you are experiencing issues with using your controller on the PC.

    Please try reverting the firmware on your controller to the previous FW by following these steps on your Xbox console.

    To do this, Navigate to My Games and Apps, > Apps > Xbox Assist > Articles > Console & Accessories > "My controller has connection issue after the last update" > Check controller firmware > Revert Firmware

    Try it again on your PC afterwards and let me know if that helps resolve your issue.

    HELP ANNOYING PLEASE

    I've had nearly the same issue with my controller, I bought a Forza 6 themed Xbox + Controller, the first controller would constantly move the stick right but only in select menus like the car select menu, I got a replacement and now the replacement is double
    pressing right (D-Pad) most of the time, my spare controller is fine but both Forza 6 themed controllers have issues.

    Not heard of this before.Could be a controller issue so check for a controller update or try another controller if possible.
