    I bought forza 5 new and trying to redeem my code for cars and tokens but says it has already been redeemed

    Forza Horizon code not working

    I received a message from microsoft with a redeem code for forza horizon 3 but it says the code has already been redeemed.

    I bought new, unused and it has original seal. But when i'm trying to redeem dlc code it says "This code has already been used.". What should i do ?

    Code not working

    I got a new controller, and it came a Xbox game pass ultimate redeem code. I tried it on my Xbox one and it says it has already been redeemed, So I tried it on the Microsoft website and it says the same thing, but I just got this for Christmas, can somebody tell me why it says it’s already been redeemed, thank you!

    Didn't Receive any of the Content from my Prepaid code for Ultimate Forza Horizon 3

    I'm having an issue also, I received the message to redeem the code for the warthog a few weeks before the release of the game and I redeemed it and now I go to redeem it again (keep in mind I bought the ultimate edition don't know how this affects anything
    but hey) and it says the code has already been redeemed, then I proceed to the game, check my garage on Forza Horizon 3 and the warthog is not there
