Forza and Microsoft online locked

So what’s happened is that my son and his friend were using my new pc to log into their accounts so they could play some games together and unknowingly my sons friends account was a save swapped forza account that ended up getting my pc permanently banned from playing online on any forza/Microsoft game. At the time I had no idea this had happened and during the week I had logged into my own account ready to play some games and Microsoft seems to have also locked my account from online as well. I messaged forza support and told them about what was happening to my account and that’s when I found out my pc was banned from forza and any and all accounts logging into the banned pc would be locked. Is there anyone here that can help me to find out how long the lock will be placed on my account as I haven’t had any enforcement notice placed on my account nor have Microsoft/forza told me how long I would be locked out of microsoft online games. They just keep sending me automated messages like my words and questions don’t mean anything to them. I would appreciate any sort of help o can get with this lock on my account, I have been supporting Microsoft products for many years and they don’t seem to care about actually helping me out

That’s the thing. It’s not telling me I have any sort of ban/enforcement on my account and forza support and Microsoft isn’t helping me out. They’re just telling me the same message over and over and setting my forza support ticket to ‘solved’.

Creating a new Microsoft account won't make a difference as save swapping results in both the account AND the Device being banned...creating a new account doesn't get around the hardware being banned as well

This is the best answer I can come up with:

Save-swapping is when a player downloads or uses someone's save file not registered on their account as a way to earn achievements and complete levels in a faster way.

If you want to continue to play Forza games online, I suggest you should just start over and create a new Microsoft account. I know you spent years into your banned MS account, but this is the only option. Possibly influence your son's friend into asking his parents to get him a Windows if not already. Also, what Forza game and version (Steam or MS Store) is your son and his friend playing?

Forza Support aren't know for their usefulness so it's no surprise you can't get a straight answer out of them...however, it is unusual to get a Forza enforcement without getting an email to tell you you are banned.

Regarding how long the Forza ban would be, given it was a save swap offense:

"Unauthorized modification and/or save swapping to obtain unaccounted for (including but not limited to credits, experience, cars not available, cars prior to their release date and/or wheelspins) is a severe violation of the Terms of Use and will result in a permanent suspension of both the account and device."

Whilst the save swap may not have been to gain an advantage, they still take a dim view on it so my suspicion would be that it is still a permanent ban. However, whether that ban extends to future Forza games is questionable and one that onyl Forza Support can answer.

This only covers if you are banned from Forza. if, however, you have been banned from all Online game services (so, basically, Xbox Live), not just Forza, then that is a different matter and only addressable via the Enforcement website mentioned by the user above.
