    I downloaded the forza 4 horizon add on under the main user account on my xbox and can’t see it under other users. How can i fix that or move it to the other player.

    Make sure that the console (where the other players are) is the home console for the user who bought the items.

    Forza Horizon 4 Lego Install

    That is an add-on to Forza Horizon 4, not a separate game. If you also have Forza Horizon 4 you would access the Lego portion in game. If not, you would need the game in order to play the add-on.
