Forza 7 won't run properly

tried all options, please. fix? Ihad a similar issue with Fallout 4 and they just fixed it....

Forza 7 won't install properly

Forza 7 will not install properly when it's goes to install it stops at 60% then says that my disc is either damaged or dirty and it's not either please help me I need help soon because I haven't played Forza 7 in like 2 months greatly appreciated

Please explain in more detail also have you tried a full reboot of your console?

 

it is freezing. up constantly... tried everything. except. deleting. all my data, both local AND cloud, which I will not do.... played too much to lose everything!

 

Hi. Please press and hold the power button on your console for 10 seconds to do a hard reset. Turn the console on and try again.

If that didn't work please navigate to the game under my games and apps and press the menu button and scroll down to saved data and select to delete all locally saved data. Your saved data will sync from the cloud once you open the game again
