Hello,

I pre-ordered Forza 7 ultimate edition a week ago and did not receive the 10 additional keys nor the 5000 credits for the sweepstakes entry. I already asked this on the Forza 7 support forums and they redirected me here. Any help in the matter would be appreciated.

I never received my rewards for the forza motorsport 7 virtual key sweepstakes. Just wanted to know why one should have been a avatar item the other forza 7 VIP store item and thge last one was another store item thanks

was doing the forza 7 motorsports Virtual Key Instant Win & Sweepstakes, I used one of my keys and it had said I won a vip membership for Forza 7 and I have yet to receive a email and I’ve waited over 2 weeks for it, I’ve won other prizes like the hoonigan
car pack, a racing suit and a free month of Xbox Live and got the email right away, luckily I took a screenshot on my phone as I do every time I win Something in Fear of not receiving the code for it,, so I have to proof as well. Since the Forza 7 motorsports Virtual
Key Instant Win & Sweepstakes Is with this id figured I’d post this here.

Pre-order or order any digital version of Forza Motorsport 7 (includes Standard, Deluxe, and Ultimate Edition) from the Xbox Store between September 18 and October 13 to earn 10 additional keys and 5,000 Rewards Credits. Please note that it can take
up to 96 hours for your keys from this action to appear on the site. If they haven’t appeared by the end of the contest on October 13, you will have until October 20 to use them.

10 keys (can only be earned once)

5,000 Rewards Credits (can only be earned once)

Since you did not make this purchase off the Xbox store, you did not qualify for this offer. Since your purchase was made from an alternative source and redeemed as a token, it was not eligible. Additionally, Credits for this offer are not awarded until
the end of the offer period, as stated in the FAQ:

When will I get my Rewards Credits for pre-ordering or ordering the game?

Rewards Credits for pre-ordering or ordering the game will appear as pending in your account within 96 hours of the offer end date.

I also just won the Hoonigan Car Pack and never received and email for that either .. even changed my primary email address to an email I can log on to.

Unfortunately, we can only send emails for this sweepstakes to the email you registered into the sweepstakes with. If you can no longer access that email, then unfortunately we cannot send these to a different email. If you cannot find the emails in your
sweepstakes registered email, you may wish to check your junk mail folder, as we have had reports of some users getting their prizes automatically filtered there.
