Forza 7 update issue

Did the April update forza 7 update and purchased the April dlc before going into the game and now the game will not get past the turn ten and Microsoft load screen it goes all black and hear music in background. I've tried a soft reset in the consule and
uninstalled and reinstalled the game and same results.

Forza 7 June update issue

Recently updated Forza Motorsport 7 with the June update and completed update. Started the game and now I have no sound what so ever, no menu music, car noises no nothing. But when I first open the game and the turn 10 logo appears u can hear the cars racing
passed but on the actual load up screen nothing. Tried going to social media to see if I was the only one having this issue but no response. You never know how hard it is to play a racing game when u have no sound and have to watch the rpm gauge all the time.
Hopefully there's a patch update soon to fix any encryption or code errors that might cause my game to do this. Also all my other games have sound as well

You have some serious issues with forza 7.Most of the time when I try to play a replay the game freezes.Or the game just shuts off.I tried to play a replay and it replaced my GTX with a Mustang cobra R.I didn't make this replay.Then theres the issue of not
being able buy my favorite cars or having to win one.So I'm only allowed to own one.Then theres parts that aren't there, then they appear later.So theres all these cars in the game that I cant get or am only allowed one.Whos the genius that came up with this
idea.Thats just brilliant.I payed big money for this game and so far its a big disappointment.,a very pissed off customer.

None of the recommended solutions have worked. There are many gamers with the same issue. Seems to be a turn 10 and Microsoft issue they need to fix.
