    Forza 7 Ultimate Edition


    I recently bought a physical copy of Forza Motorsport 7 Ultimate edition and entered the code that came with it. All the extras have downloaded and installed, except for the Hoonigan pack. It won't install and tells me to buy ultimate or whatever other edition
    there is. BUT I ALREADY HAVE IT, the store doesn't detect that I have purchased the ultimate edition already and wants me to get the digital version. I'm trying to call xbox support but their phone numbers wont work on my cellphone, I live in Canada.

    You can request a refund by signing in to http://xbox.com/refunds and then locate your order for the game and then click on the "request a refund" option on the side.

    Not sure if the Ultimate Edition is even available..I had a look at the Store here (UK) and it is only showing the Deluxe or Standard Editions for purchase
