Forza 7 Ultimate Edition download isssue (Game card in store purchase)

Hello,

So on September 29th I went into a physical Microsoft store (MOA) to purchase a cope of the Forza Motorsports 7 Ultimate edition so that I could play 4 days early like everyone else. Here are my findings and not one solution was presented to me by Microsoft.

I arrive at the store and ask an employee for a digital copy of Forza 7 Ultimate edition. She hands me this little piece of cardboard with the picture of the game on the front and what looks to be a scratch off area in the back where I assumed the key code
is for the game. I ask "with this purchase will I be able to play the game early?" they tell me yes and so I purchase the card and make my way home. To my surprise when I get home I scratch the back of the card to reveal a 10 digit code... kind of confused
I continue on to the Microsoft web store to redeem it. Sure enough the 10 digit code does not work and is asking for a 25 digit code like you would think. So i read the back of the card and sure enough, at the very top of the card in small writing its says
"scratch the back area for your code, go to Code2Content.com to redeem, once you redeem the code you will receive an email with the 25 digit code".

(I am willing to bet the game will show up on there webpage on Oct. 3rd)

Well of course I have checked this website out for 3 days now and Forza 7 does not exist. I have have called the store and no one either knows what im talking about or says they cant help me. I have call Microsoft support (since there name is all over the
product) and have been told they are unsure what to tell me and to go back to the store. I have email the support page on the code2content webpage and have received no response.

No one is owning up to the issue and every one is blowing it off! no one has answers! At this point I kind of dont care about playing early and just want to know why would Microsoft sell there product though a 3rd party? why are
there no answers? I was led to believe I would be purchasing a product so I could play early.

Forza 7 for PC not downloadable after purchase

After buying Forza Ultimate Edition in Windows Live Store i'm not able to download the game. There's no download option showing up anywhere. I can look up my purchase in the store but the game is not showing under "my games"

 

My Rewards Lifetime/ Forza keys

So I've been a member of Xbox Rewards since 12/10. I feel like I've never received points for anything other than gold activation.

Anyways I've pre ordered Forza 7 Ultimate edition via the windows store and I've played several Forza games, but I haven't received the 10-key or 5-key allotment for the contest. And There's no rewards points pending from the purchase of Forza ultimate version.

 

UPDATE********

The game of course showed up on Code2content.com web page the day it came out (not until like 10am central).
