Forza 7 purchase declined

I purchased forza 7 ultimate and already have been charged and gotten confirmation of the purchase but a few hours ago I got an email saying my purchase was declined. How is that even possible I already bought the game three months ago on a card with more
than enough so why is the Microsoft store telling me I don't own it when I do? I already downloaded it and everything but now I can't open the app. Please help

What happened was that, I noticed that I can preload the game prior to launch

but then I found out that my HDD was running low on space so I decided to stop preload downloading half way through by clicking the x button next to Forza Motorsport 7 download progress bar in the "download and update" menu in Store app

Now I find that Forza Motrosport 7 purchase is "Declined" in the purchase history as below:



when in fact all I did was stop downloading the preloading - I did not click any "refund" or "cancel purchase" button

How do I fix this?

Try checking out the purchase history to see the real purchase status of the game directly on the page:
Sign in to your Microsoft account

Finally, make sure that the account used to play is the same as used for the purchase.
