Forza 7 preorder

I bought the digital ultimate edition on September 29th it's the 14 still haven't received my 5000 rewards points or the ten keys the Order # 4847959270 it says I got till the 20th to claim so I thought I'd make sure I got them. there was a day I checked
it and next to the preorder it had a check mark but no keys is it because I used a 100 dollar gift card instead of a credit card that's why I'm thinking it didn't go through the way it's sposed to I'm always getting buggs when I preorder and do promotions
is it my email or something I feel like I should of won something by now mountain dew and dorritos promotions always screw up for me!

Apologies for the inconvenience. We are currently investigating with our web team reports of users not seeing keys being awarded for their purchase. Once we know more, we'll update this thread! Regarding your Credits, from the FAQ:

When will I get my Rewards Credits for pre-ordering or ordering the game?

Rewards Credits for pre-ordering or ordering the game will appear as pending in your account within 96 hours of the offer end date.

Since the offer is not yet over, it is too early to see your Credits.

 

Forza 7 preorder plays

I preordered the game 10/2/17, after already having been signed up for the promotion and playing a few days prior. I have yet to see the additional 10 plays or even see the pending rewards credits on my dashboard/missions. Its been over a week, the plays
should have at least hit by now as its over the 96 hour window, what gives?
