Forza 7 preorder keys not received

I pre-ordered the physical copy of Forza 7 through the Microsoft and left it open for 4 days, and didn't receive the 10 keys for the Forza 7 Xbox live sweepstakes. I figured it was for the digital version, and so I decided to preorder the regular digital
version and still it's been 3 days and still no 10 keys? Anyone have this problem? Any help would be appreciated.

Forza 7 Virtual Key Sweepstakes

I had preordered Forza 7 a while ago. The first time I went to the sweepstakes page "PREORDER" had a check mark next to it but I never received my 10 keys or 5,000 rewards points. I checked again yesterday (10/2/2017) and the check mark next to "PREORDER"
was gone and I still haven't received the keys or points.

From the FAQ:

PRE-ORDER/ORDER THE GAME

Pre-order or order any digital version of Forza Motorsport 7 (includes Standard, Deluxe, and Ultimate Edition) from the Xbox Store between September 18 and October 13 to earn 10 additional keys and 5,000 Rewards Credits. Please note that it can take
up to 96 hours for your keys from this action to appear on the site. If they haven’t appeared by the end of the contest on October 13, you will have until October 20 to use them.

• 10 keys (can only be earned once)
• 5,000 Rewards Credits (can only be earned once)

Since you only made your purchase at the end of last month, please allow us 96 hours to receive and process that purchase information.
