Forza 7 pre ordered before sweepstakes

i preordered forza 7 before i knew anything about a sweepstakes, ive also played most forza titles since day one, cannot seem to find any way of getting my keys or points

Already pre-ordered forza motorsport 7 before registering for rewards giveaway.

I had already pre-ordered the deluxe edition of forza motorsport 7, before entering the rewards sweepstakes. It has not shown I ordered it, or given me the 10 keys and 5,000 credits. Is there a delay or will I not receive the bonus at all?

It has been far longer than 96 hours since i pre-ordered Forza Motorsports 7, and I have still not received the 10 sweepstakes keys.

Our web team is now reporting that this issue has been resolved. However, our platform team reports that since your purchase was made before being a Rewards member, it was not eligible for this offer. From the FAQ:

Hi GDane. There was no offer that awarded for pre-ordering Forza 6. Credits for pre-ordering Forza 7 are only awarded if it was pre-ordered or purchased during the offer period. Since your pre-order was made in June, it does not qualify for the Credits.
We are looking into the keys for your pre-order. Hang tight for those.
