    Forza 7 Pre-order Credits and Additional MyVIP Questions


    Hi, I pre-ordered Forza 7 prior to its release and MyRewards was tracking that I had done so prior to the move to this new program. However, now I don't see it being tracked in my account. Also, I don't see any 5,000 credit pending or made to my account
    for this pre-order. Please review and advise if I will be credited.

    Additionally, I've been an Xbox Live Rewards member for some time now. Will I receive MyVIP perks and gems for all my previous transactions and/or progress? I would expect at least some gems/perks as I've been an Xbox Live member
    for over 14 years because one of the challenges is "Keep your Xbox Live Gold membership active for 3 consecutive months." Thank you for reviewing and any input.

    Missing rewards

    Hi Viper7. Pre-orders do not qualify for MyVIP payback. Certain pre-orders do go towards the Games on Demand Pre-Order punchcard. The current punchcard runs from October 1 to December 31. Your NHL 18 and COD: WWII did not qualify for an offer. Your Forza
    7 pre-order did qualify for the Forza offer, and 5,000 Credits were awarded. Those have been deposited to your Microsoft account.

    Since the offer on the Forza page is now for tracking orders, your pre-order checkmark will not appear. Additionally, from the FAQ for this offer:

    When will I get my Rewards Credits for pre-ordering or ordering the game?



    Rewards Credits for pre-ordering or ordering the game will appear as pending in your account within 96 hours of the offer end date.

    Since the offer has not ended yet, it is too early to see Credits pending.

    Regarding gems, since that feature was only recently launched at the beginning of this month, it is not possible to rewards gems for activity done before gems were created. However, you can look forward to the perk that will occur on your Xbox Live Rewards

    Did not get reward points for pre-ordering Forza Motorsport 6 or 7, nor virtual keys for FM7

    Hi GDane. There was no offer that awarded for pre-ordering Forza 6. Credits for pre-ordering Forza 7 are only awarded if it was pre-ordered or purchased during the offer period. Since your pre-order was made in June, it does not qualify for the Credits.
    We are looking into the keys for your pre-order. Hang tight for those.

    Hi Hurlamania. You pre-ordered Forza 7 on August 29, 2017. The offer started on September 18th. You qualified for the plays, but the pre-order was not eligible for the Rewards Credits. Pre-orders had to be made during the offer period for the Rewards Credits.

    Apologies for the confusion. Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP Credits, but they are eligible for MyVIP gems, as you stated.
