Numair, if your NAT type is already open, try this on the PC:

1. Open command prompt as admin.

2. Copy and paste below command.
netsh interface Teredo set state type=enterpriseclient clientport=3074

3. Restart your PC

4. On Administrator Command Prompt again copy & paste the command:
netsh interface Teredo set state type=client

5. Back at Command Prompt and copy & paste the command: netsh interface Teredo set state type=enterpriseclient

If the issue persists try this:

Check the Microsoft Store for any updates on the Xbox apps and its services and update everything too.

Now, sign out from your account on both Xbox app and Microsoft Store and do this:

Go to windows settings > apps > search for gaming services app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then reset

Then do the same for the Xbox app:

Go to windows settings > apps > search for Xbox app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then reset

Do the same for Forza app

Finally do this:

Step 1: Open the Run window by pressing Windows + R key.

Step 2: Input WSReset.exe in the Run window and click OK.

Step 3: Then a command prompt window will appear. After a few seconds, Windows Store will open.

Sign in again on both Microsoft store and Xbox app with your account and try again.

If maybe the issue persists, try rolling back your windows system

I'm obliged. How are you doing today?

New Xbox app, as listed above, does not have the said network Teredo or Nat settings anymore. Bitdefender is set to allow all traffic on all ports for forza. However I did disable the firewall to no avail in Forza, same error persists.

Other games such as Halo Infinite are working well.

Should I just roll back windows to a month back?

With the current settings HALO Infinite is working behind the Cisco router, and Bitdefender Firewall. Only Forza does not seem to work. Does VPN mess up teredo settings?

Probably bitdefender total security is the one causing the issue.
May I know if that antivirus includes a firewall?

If you disable the software services, the game is working as usual?
And, only with Forza game or with others games the same happen?

In the meantime, also tell me which NAT type do you have for the actual network:
Open Xbox Console Companion app > Settings > Network

For Bitdefender do you just use Antivirus or "total security" or "internet security" as there are different versions with or without firewalls
