Forza 7 Load Failed (Xbox Series X)

Forza 4 horizon stuck in infinite Loading screen did EVERTHING was told by xbox to contact forza then forza told me to contact xbox WOW 🤪

also i bought All forms of forza 4 horizon thinking that might help ughhh No no help been a week now with no forza 😩

I've never heard of an Xbox One X bundled with Forza 7. Are you sure it wasn't Forza 4?

Just a few questions to help pinpoint exactly what's causing this loading issue and so we can assist better:

1. What device are you experiencing this issue on - Xbox 360, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PC (windows 10), or cloud gaming on your phone or tablet?

2. What Forza game is failing to load? (Forza Horizon 4, Forza motorsport 7 etc.)

3. Is it a digital download or physical disc copy and is it installed to an external hard drive or directly to internal storage?

4. Do you receive any error codes when this issue occurs and is this issue happening with other games?

5. Do you own the game through a subscription? (Xbox Live Gold or GamePass).

6. Exactly when does it fail to load - at the game main menu or when you try to launch it? Do you get the error straight away or does it just load endlessly?

^I understand this is a lot of questions for an issue that may seem like it should easily be fixed, it's just this issue could be caused by any number of things so it would help at least identify what's causing this and help find the best solution.

If you can post a screenshot or photo of this along with more information, that would help.

Make sure that both your device and the game are updated to the latest version.
