Forza 7 keys issue still not resolved.

This is part of the message I recently received concerning my Forza Sweepstakes keys

"Hello ,

We are currently in the process of resolving an issue with the Sweepstakes webpage. We see that you now have 18 keys, which matches your description of your initial three, plus your previous Forza usage, and your keys from your purchase."

However I have been checking the Sweepstakes webpage everyday after my purchase and it always says I have one key available which is the daily visit key. Also I have been sharing to twitter every day that I check which gives me a second key. In the reply
I got, my daily keys for visiting and sharing were not in the count. Last I checked, I had visited the page 6 days in a row meaning two keys a day, one for sharing and one for visiting the webpage. At last count I had 20 entries into the Sweepstakes.

Recap, 1 key for free + 2 keys for being a rewards member +
5 keys for playing previous Forza games + 2 keys a day for
six days (one for sharing to twitter every day, one for visiting the page every day) =
20 This means that I have not received my 10 keys for ordering Forza Motorsport 7

I have not received 10 virtual keys for pre-ordering Forza 7

I have not received the 10 virtual keys for pre-ordering Forza 7 for the Forza 7 mission and was told to post here.

 

Fans Get More keys not appearing

I received the 5 extra keys today (won a VIP Membership, which I already have since I purchased the Ultimate Edition Forza 7).

Thanks to whoever to care of this though.

Apologies for the inconvenience. We are currently investigating with our web team reports of users not seeing keys being awarded for their purchase. We can confirm that this purchase was tracked for this part of the sweeps, and our investigation is why these
keys are not populating on the webpage. Once we know more, we'll update this thread!
