    Forza 7 June update issue


    Recently updated Forza Motorsport 7 with the June update and completed update. Started the game and now I have no sound what so ever, no menu music, car noises no nothing. But when I first open the game and the turn 10 logo appears u can hear the cars racing
    passed but on the actual load up screen nothing. Tried going to social media to see if I was the only one having this issue but no response. You never know how hard it is to play a racing game when u have no sound and have to watch the rpm gauge all the time.
    Hopefully there's a patch update soon to fix any encryption or code errors that might cause my game to do this. Also all my other games have sound as well

    This is actually a common issue that some users will have with content with either a bad connection or issues with their hard drive. Can you tell us if you're using an external hard drive by chance? Also, can you tell us if your console is plugged into a
    wall outlet or surge protector? We will make sure that we've checked all the common issues, but we also suggest reaching out to the developer for insight if your theory is correct, they would be the ones to chat with.

    We appreciate you reaching out to us with this issue. We recommend clearing any updates that you have downloading, uninstall all of the Forza 7 content, power down your console, unplug the console and router for five full minutes, and try again. These steps
    should be helpful. Be sure to let us know how that goes.
