Forza 7 freezes in certain menus

Could you tell me if this happens with the game in borderless window mode or in fullscreen mode?

In this way, you can access the place where the game is saved.

You could try clearing your consoles cache and see if that helps.

Go to memory> highlight the HDD> press Y> Yes.

This will clear all updates from your console so you will need to re download them the first time you play a title after clearing.

If this has not helped then hopefully other users will have more helpful suggestions for you to try.

Thank you for a fast response.

Unfortunately this doesn't solve the issue that I am having. I went through my memory device and deleted corrupted files and cleared the cache but neither of them fixed this.
