    Forza 7 for PC not downloadable after purchase


    After buying Forza Ultimate Edition in Windows Live Store i'm not able to download the game. There's no download option showing up anywhere. I can look up my purchase in the store but the game is not showing under "my games"

    it says on the description on Dark Souls 3 that after 7-10 days of purchase, I should receive an email with a downloadable code for Dark Souls 1 and I never received that code

    Purchase date is Feb 18th, 2016

    Same problem for me. 30 minutes on the phone with the Microsoft "Support" to be eventually redirected to the Xbox Forum. I love Microsoft.

    I should have Forza 7 for Xbox (as it was a dics purchase as well as my PC account.
    Are you saying that you purchased Forza 7 on disc? Only digital purchases are "Play Anywhere" titles. If you purchased the disc, then you can only play it on whichever system (PC or console) the disc was for and you will need the disc inserted to play.

    Here is the thing I have an account for the Xbox, I also have an account for the PC.

    On the Xbox account my forza character level is 5, on the PC my character level is 44. I log in on the Xbox store and see that I have Minecraft and forza 7 and other purchases, on the other PC account I have game cards showing and not purchases ever done (I never bought game cards for the PC and no idea if you can at all).

    I should have Forza 7 for Xbox (as it was a dics purchase as well as my PC account.

    A game was stolen from me and I have a feeling it has to do with the migration with Minecraft for some reason.

    Hi, I have Forza 7 on my Xbox One from day one. And now, I want to instal it on my PC. But, in the store, i havn't the option "Install" only purchase.

    Help ?
    Was your Forza 7 on disc or digital copy. If it was disc, then that would explain why it's asking you to purchase the game instead of install.
