Forza 7 failure after VIP bonus

I turned the Xbox on just a few minutes ago and tried to launch Forza 7, the game goes to the first load screen with the Porsche and then returns to the home screen on the OS. After restarting and repeating the process it has failed to launch multiple times. Pretty
bogus, what's the plan??

problems with forza 7 ultimate edition bonus features

I entered my code for forza 7 ultimate edition but did not receive any of the bonus features (car pass, day one car pack and vip membership). When I attempted this process again, I was told the code had already been used. Any thoughts?
