If you're using a CONSOLE:

Call your internet service provider, and ask them to open the ports described below on your router.

Port 88 (UDP)

Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

Port 80 (TCP)

Port 500 (UDP)

Port 3544 (UDP)

Port 4500 (UDP)

Also ask to disable and then, enable it again the UPnP function and if you have a modem and a router the process has to be done on both devices.

Besides, ask them to put their console's IP in the DMZ zone configuration.

(To find the Xbox One IP address, press the Xbox button to open the dashboard, go to System > Settings > General > Network settings, then select Advanced settings.)

To locate the IP of your PC: On the taskbar, select Wi-Fi network > the Wi-Fi network you're connected to > Properties.

Under Properties, look for your IP address listed next to IPv4 address.

Fairly sure the OP has already opened those ports given they stated: "I have even enabled all ports required for the game". Also, they are clearly on PC so you could have at least removed the console part from your response.

OP: I wouldn't bother phoning your ISP as most won't forward ports etc for you as it is easily done via router settings.

I assume you have checked the Xbox Networking part of gaming (via Windows settings) to make sure everything is as it should be? Especially that Toredo isn't blocked?

This solution might help.

First, if you open the Xbox app and navigate to Settings (The cog wheel at the bottom) > Networking, ensure that Xbox Multiplayer is enable to connect.If you see a connection issue here, we have a few possibilities.

Ensure that your Windows Firewall is enabled and set todefault policies. I 'll link Xbox's official document on this below. This is relevant to us PC players due to the "Play Anywhere"campaign--as we connect to the same network.

If you are still unable to connect after starting you Windows Firewall, launch command prompt as administrator, we 're going to utilize a few netsh commands.

• C: \WINDOWS\ system32 > netsh
• netsh > int teredo
• netsh interface teredo > set state disabled
• netsh interface teredo > int ipv6
• netsh interface ipv6 > set teredo client

Check the XBOX application > Settings > Xbox Multiplayer > Server Connectivity again.If this is connected, launch Forza 7 and attempt to join a hopper!

I do not see networking in the PC Xbox app.
