Forza 7 DLC gone

I purchased Forza 7 Ultimate edition with my main windows account (account 1).

When i started playing, I was logged in to xbox companion with my old game account (account2).

After a few tries the game launched and i got all the DLC and game VIP pass etc. (noticed my name was that of account2, but didnt think more of it).

Next time i wanted to play i had massive problems starting the game, so i tried switching account to account1 (windows account) and the game started, but all DLC and VIP etc was gone.

Switched back to account2 and got the game started, but now all the DLC i had recieved prior was gone and all i got when selecting a recieved car was a purchase option.

How can i fix this? now i have 2 accounts that i can play with, but no DLC that i paid for.

How is it possible for me to start a game when logged in with another account than that used to purchase the game, and then recive the DLC, just for it to be removed ( i guess account 2 that got the DLC is not registered as having it in the first place thus getting removed, and accout1 that purchased it got registered as already having activated it)?

And is there a better way to get support than a community? cant find a mail or anything to microsoft.
