    Hello, My name is Miguel and I am Portuguese. (sorry for my poor english language...)

    A few weeks ago I bought the Forza Motosport 7 Ultimate Edition for PC plataform.

    I already experienced a microsoft game once under PC - Forza Horizon 3 which was in my opinion one of the most incredible game I played. But now, since today, I played Forza Motosport 7 Demo and I didn´t like the game. I know that it´s only a demo version
    of game but generally, after 4-5 hours of game, it isn´t smooth at all, so not playable well under i7-4770k, gtx 980ti, 16gb RAM, SSD disk. I spent 100,00€ (eurpopean coin) in this game, is it possible to get the money back?

    Hello Jack,

    It might be worth adding, that I have the exact same issue as you do, with Forza Horizon 4 Demo and Forza Motorsport 7 trial (Forza Horizon 3 Demo works fine though), and in my case reinstalling Windows did not help at all. So it's probably not worth trying.

    I would say Forza Motorsport 5. I also have 6 and I played the demo of 7. I would like to get 7 someday, but Horizon is way more fun. The Motorsport series is for racers.

    Hey there! It's just with Forza, right? I think we can get that behaving. Please try this:

    • Delete the game again but note the file size (I beleive Forza Horizon is about 7 gigs?
    • Head into the marketplace and download one file of about the same size- probably demos as they are free
    • Then leave the new demo on the hard drive and download the original game again
    Any luck that way?
