Forza 7 5000 points and items

I have pre-ordered forza 7 and I was on my rewards page I received the 10 keys for pre-ordering but I didn’t receive my 5000 points and I also didn’t receive the vip pack or the hoonigan pack from the keys because those were the two things I won. I just
want my points and my packs.

I bought Forza 7 on 10/5 and did not get my 10 keys or my 5000 rewards points. What's going on?

#YOLO Rewards - Level 3 and Level 4 missing points

Hello Support,

Took part in the #YOLO event. Got my 5000 points for the game purchase (Forza Motorsport 7) and the 1000 points for the avatar item purchases, but didn't get the 4000 points for getting the achievements and associated 5000 points for completing all the other
levels. Did I not do something or is this just an error.

Checked the time stamps for the 5 achievements I needed and got them all 5 or 6 days before the end date.

Thought it might be just a delay in registering (although got the initial 6000 points pretty quickly), but has been a while.

Also, regarding your Credits, from the FAQ:

When will I get my Rewards Credits for pre-ordering or ordering the game?



Rewards Credits for pre-ordering or ordering the game will appear as pending in your account within 96 hours of the offer end date.

Since the offer has not ended, it is too early to see any Credits.

 

well I mean it said you should receive your keys and point with in 96 hours I got the keys but not the point and the packs are all I want right now.

Since you input an invalid email address (a domain with a .col address), you are likely unable to receive these messages. Since we cannot adjust a user's registration information in any way, we are currently discussing with our win team an alternative method

how do I have a invalid email when it is the email linked with my Xbox account which is *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***

 

and I also just looked at it and none of my stuff has an email with a .col.. so I don’t see where you’re seeing any of this. And it makes no sense that my account would have that because if it did I wouldn’t be able to make the account....

When you registered in to the Forza Sweepstakes, you had to input all your contact details into a registration form. This is why you have a .col email address for Forza prizing. We are still in talks with this other team, since we cannot award prizes to
any other email besides the one registered.

 

when I registered I didn’t input any info I just logged into my account.... and if that’s the case this is kind of crappy. Considering I’ve tried and tried to get stuff I mean I don’t see why it would have a .col. Why can’t it just be sent to my xbox gamertag?
