    Forza 6/ Turn 10 Studios issue


    Having a problem with Forza 6 and Turn 10 Studios. I had a ban that was meant to expire yesterday at 6:45am Australian time however I am still getting the "gamertag banned message" as shown in this picture. I have posted on the forza forums when it happened
    they said it was a glitch and that they were looking into it. its been over a day and it's still not been fixed and I've had no reply. I have tried restarts a number of times over the last day and a bit and still nothing. it is really hard to want to keep
    supporting a company that doesn't support its customers.

    How do I send a message to Turn 10 studios?

    With some research I found out that the website for Turn 10 Studios must be *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***. Unfortunately Turn 10 studios no longer answers there e-mails correctly, because according to people on Turn 10 Studios Forums there is a lot of complaining that there
    problems were never solved by Turn 10 Studios. When I e-mail Turn 10 Studios all I got was a programed reply that Turn 10 Studios have to much e-mails at this time to respond to me. This makes me not to want to buy another game from Turn 10 Studios.

    Wait, maybe the investigation on the glitch is still occurring, these things don't happen on a turn of a dime.

    If it's a game specific suspension then you will have to contact Turn 10 again.

    There's nothing anyone here can do.

    so its over two weeks later and not even a single response from anyone at turn 10

    not to mention the only legit email was automated & sent me back to there crappy forums

    pretty great customer service

    This is something you need to reach out to the studio about. Turn 10 and playground games make the forza games. Interesting idea
