Forza 6 promo cars missing...

I never received the promo cars with a Halo 5 theme in Forza 6 (the 2015 Ford Mustang GT with a Spartan Locke deco and the 2015 Ford Shelby GT350R with a Master Chief design), nor did I get the Halloween themed car that was gifted or the Ford F100 with a
Fallout 4 theme. I am a VIP member, so that shouldn't be the problem with the Master Chief car. Any help with this issue would be much appreciated. I've already called tech support and they had me reset my account on the console in hopes of triggering
the gift, but I still received nothing in the message center. This was the next step that they recommended.
