Hi yes im in the uk and says servers are unavailable,there seems to be no answers in the forums,with complaints of issues for a few weeks with now complete server unavailabilty.maybe try emailing turn 10

Thanks for the reply. In regard to the online play for Forza 6, you may wish to enquire about the online multiplayer issue over on the Forza Motorsport forums for more direct (and official) information, setting up a ticket for support or reporting
an outage on the server. It seems you aren't the only person experiencing this and it would be helpful to get the necessary information over to the folks at Turn10 for best results.

Thanks for the reply again. It is possible that Forza isn't yet aware of the scope of the issue thus far, so it would likely be a good idea to formally report the issue to them by submitting a ticket online, and if you've got a buddy or two having
the same problem, encourage them to as well. The more people who report it, perhaps the faster the issue will be resolved or information provided.
