Forza 6 online multiplayer lobby joining issue

I am experiencing issues when I'm trying to join the multiplayer online lobbies.

I can get to the "multiplayer hoppers pre race lobby" when I select a class of race, the "joining lobby" screen pops up.

But when it tries to connect to the server, it keeps disconnecting me from the server.

I have preformed a reset (disconnected power plug & re plug) on the unit.

Also did the same for my internet. This is the only game I'm experiencing issues.

Never had a problem playing online before, now I can not play this game online!

Forza 6 joining lobby's issue's

Hey everyone i need help pls. So i downloaded forza 6 on the 13th everytime i try joining a lobby it fail's to join and tell's me "failed to load sever list" why i've rebooted the xbox i've cleared the cache i've deleted the game twice and reset modem and
spoke to isp not to be rude but this is a bunch bs

When you run the network test on your Xbox One does it say your NAT is Open, Moderate or Strict?

 

I'm getting the same issue. what is the answer...?

 

I think that's false advertisement!

They sell you products that doesn't work plane & simple!

We didn't get the product we paid for, classic bait & switch!

We all should either get a full refund or get so sort of compensation!

We can't do anything about it but feel ripped off like little suckers &

post on the vent forum because they never even have the ordasity

to monitor the vent forums to try & resolve our issues or at least

to respond to us letting us know weather they are going to do

their jobs or what?
