Forza 6 load failed

Whilst playing Forza 6, the game stopped and message appeared on screen "Load failed. An unknown error occurred. Please try again later"

I uninstalled the game and tried reinstalling. The same message appeared.

Suspecting my disk might be faulty, I exchanged the Forza 6 disk at shop and tried reinstalling from my new disk. Installation kept stopping and the same message appeared.

I have tried pressing the console off button for 10-15 seconds (to clear the cache?). Nothing works.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled at least 2 other games, of similar GB size, which have reinstalled properly so I am reasonably confident the problem is not the console's cd reader.

I wonder if some corrupted data has got on to the console hard drive (the initial freezing of the game coincided with my broadband hub cutting out when BT were working on their service box outside my house)

Can someone please help?

Forza 6: Apex - Load Failed message

I started having an error message recently in Forza Motorsport 6: Apex. One day wanted to play and after opening the game and message labeled as
"Load Failed - An unknown error occured. Please try again later." start appearing on the login entry non-stop since it first appeared, meaning I couldn't really get into the game.

I have tried different email and I finally could get into the game on the specific different email I tried but if I try again right after on the "first" email again the problem presists non-stop and I can never play.

I would like if you could help since it's there I have all my progress and would like to keep it

Tried playing Forza 7, got load failed error, so I restarted it, now I cant sign in or access network settings.

 

There is also the option to unplug cable for like 30s after holding xbox button 10s and shutdown like you did - it's a stronger reset.

If no help - I would try and locally delete gamesave and let cloud update it. Not sure gamesaves are actually deleted when uninstalling, I get the feeling they are just hidden as game is not installed.

But I could be wrong.

Either way - when installing you get an message there is an update - try and say Later on that online download, and finalize disk install first. At least you know if disk or not. You can even do disk install offline - if that works. When that is done that
disk install worked fully - activate download of patch for game. I just don't trust background activity with xbox.

After that there is a console reset with multiple buttons pressed like Bind+Eject+Power or similar.
