Forza 6 Just Disappeared from my console.

Was playing Forza 6 when the Xbox crashed. Turned it back on to find Forza 6 missing from my games list, also my download list. The only place it shows anything for Forza 6 is my pin I had for it. When I go to the store it says install, but when I select
install, it starts installing in apps and the icon is solid red. Anybody able to help or advise.

I did reach out to them and they told me i had to go here and reach out to you. Why is it that when the techs cant figure it out i get the run around of you have to go here and they can help you then you refer me back to chat.

Have you tried to do a full power cycle of your console? Just disconnect everything for a minute or two and let it rest. Then connect everything back up then start the console again and see if the game will be back on your game lists. Though have you noticed
if the space for the game has also been removed like its been uninstalled intentionally?

Sometimes, the license can "disapear" from your account. First, click on this link to check all your licenses :
account.xbox.com/.../MyGames

If the license is here, no problem, just remove your account from console, remove the game, and re-enter with your account again. Then, re-download the game again

If the game is not displayed in the link, you need to contact Xbox support for an investigation of a missing license in your account

I was playing Forza 6 just now and all of a sudden the track started disappearing textures wouldnt load and the game crashed so I went back to the dashboard and the dashboard froze up on me... think I might have to send the console in for repairs.
