In an earlier post, you clearly stated that "playing mean" shouldn't get you banned. Your statement clearly acknowledges that your online behavior is mean in spirit and not otherwise "normal behavior". I think you know pretty darn well why you were banned,
you just don't agree with being banned for it.

I'm sorry you don't agree with the rules but they are in place to prevent complete "online anarchy" and a better gaming environment for players. As a regular, long-time Forza player and Ambassador, I am asking you to relax, and use this as an opportunity
to reflect on your behavior online. If you simply cannot accept the rules of Xbox Live or Turn10's Terms of Service, then I hope you find enjoyment with another title.

So I see you gave up fyerball and you could not find any rules we violated you know when a person gives up the other person wins as I had said its going to be a hard to fight for you because your in the wrong.

But if your playing Forza 6 look up my vinyl’s and designs you can also find my stuff on the Xbox 360 Forza games I gifted my stuff to hundreds of people before I was banned just do a little trading.

Arn Scotto I said I don't play mean or crash people I only made that vinyl to poke fun of Snowowls Play Nice vinyl.

I'm not giving up because you won or because I can't find any rules you broke. I'm giving up because you are acti g the most childish of anyone I have ever talked to on the forums. I know the reasons you have been banned over the years. I don't post them
here because I don't have to.

If you think "winning" is you being banned and me not, then congrats to you I guess.

I’m sorry I thought this was a support form for people who had a problem with a game like lets say they were unjustly banned, a form where people asked questions and tried to get answers.

I guess I was on the wrong here a question what form should I be on?

I can’t ask my questions on the Forza forms I get no response from Turn 10s email where am I supposed to go to get answers?

You have asked your questions and they have been answered many times with the only answers anyone here can provide. Sorry this is happening to you and that you feel that you have been treated unjustly but you are most definitely not accomplishing anything
by continuing to post here. It should be apparent by now that no one here can assist you with this and to continue to post/rant on this issue is completely futile. That being said this is the last time I will post anything on this issue. Good Luck to you!!

If you play the game, or any game for that matter with the same attitude and banter the way you have been acting in here its no wonder you were banned.... everyone is wrong you are right, thats how you see it.. Keep sending emails till you get a response,
go on their forums and post till they respond, as much as you have posted in here you could of done the same in the Forza forums....

I'm about done so I just want to give everyone my thoughts on what is and isn’t offensive. Maybe the moderators admins and ambassadors will read this and they will not be so hypocritical the next time they ban someone.

First thing I see lots of people get banned for is drug content like marijuana leafs. My problem with this ban is someone that puts up other drug content doesn’t get banned, if someone makes a Pfizer or another drug companies logo it’s fine. You know caffeine
is also a drug so coffee companies like Starbucks or drink companies like Monster Red Bull Rockstar or any other company that uses it is drug content. Also alcohol and tobacco companies logos are allowed more people die from alcohol than any other drug. Pots
not even illegal now in most states so its something to think about the next time they ban someone for that.

Now nudity, I have NO problem with banning someone for pornographic material, but if someone makes something that does not show any private parts that should be fine. Take a look at the world we live in today and what children are exposed to on the daily
with YouTube magazines TV shows and movies if you lived in the 50’s it would all be very offensive to you, but over time we have either immatured or matured to allow this kind of attitude towards showing a certain amount of skin.

Now racism I have no problem banning someone for being racist, I believe people are all created equal we may have our differences but that’s what makes us human. We should all try our best to look past others differences and see that we are all the same,
we have the same feeling of love hate anger jealousy and every other emotion. That is in my opinion the biggest problem facing the world today, is people thinking of us and them. If you think in that way you’re being racist we need to unite together as humans
and fight the real problems facing the world like hunger disease global warming equality we need to share our resources and technology to make our nation and other nations self supportive. If we do that we will stop fighting each other and we will bring peace
instead of war to the world.

I also want to bring up that the swastika is in many cultures it is a religious symbol that is why Hitler chose that symbol for his party. So when you ban people for that you are breaking the rules about discriminating over someone’s religion unless you
can prove they meant it to be racial in its making its like banning someone for putting the cross on their storefront. If you don’t believe me or anything I’m saying look it up these are my thoughts and views. I’m not trying to force my believes on anyone
you may choose your own philosophy no one has any right to force their opinions upon others. If you don’t like any of my views you have the right to speak out against them and that’s what make freedom of speech so important. It’s also why when someone tries
to censored me it makes me angry.

Pfizer is a legal prescription drug manufacturer like many others out there. Caffeine is a legal drug. A child can buy and drink a soda pop drink. Seems like that’s a no brainer why that’s acceptable.
Alcohol and tobacco companies are also legal. You are right that tobacco and alcohol does kill but it still does not change the fact they are legal.

Driving cars and getting into an accident can kill someone also. Do you want Forza to ban cars from the game?

Wrong, recreational use is only in 4 states. Not even close to “most”.

States with legal recreational marijuana: 1. Alaska 2. Colorado 3. Oregon 4. Washington

Advertising efforts are starting to crop up to support these industries, though marijuana marketing is highly regulated state by state. Either way I don’t think they would have a police car painted with the unit number 420 for advertising. If marijuana
were regulated by the federal government they things may change someday.

Most drug companys like Pfizer are into research along with products. That makes them pretty valuable I think. I don’t think a pot farm would really be doing much except selling a product that is still considered an illegal drug in most states.

CoC says -Content involving illegality. For example:Underage drinking, illegal drug use, or socially irresponsible behavior connected with drug use.

Straight from the rules “Content that is controversial. For example: Sexual, provocative, pornographic, or adult content”

I think it’s safe to say bull from Family Guy mounting whatever the male character is, and a nude male on top of a nude female with "Just the tip!" would fall under those lines. Pretty much what you video on youtube showed was just that.

You are correct that it is a religious symbol in some cultures. It still represents hate and violence in other cultures. The code of conduct says

Content that could harm or harass a person, including yourself, or an animal. For example:

Negative speech (including hate speech or threats of harm) directed at people who belong to a group, including groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, language, gender, age, disability, veteran status,
religion, or sexual orientation/expression

I fully agree with a person’s right to have their own views and express them. However freedom of speech does not apply on Xbox Live or any of the service they provide.

And regarding the First Amendment; Xbox LIVE is a service Microsoft provides. As a non-governmental body, the company may choose what is and is not acceptable on their service. You agree to those terms when you sign up for an account on Xbox LIVE.
