Forza 6 gamertag banned for nothing

well.. i think radical vinyls, even bit too vulgar should be kept out of forza shops until they can determine exactly what vinyls could be allowed.

A lot of what I was preaching Big Daddy comes straight from the Bible and you just called it jibber jabber nonsense.

You broke the terms of use do not post any topic name material or information that indicates discrimination hate or violence towards one person or group because of their belonging to a race or religion or a nation.

Now are you starting to see how easy it is to use term of use to ban anyone?

I try not to break terms of use and I don’t break the law I have gotten two speeding tickets in my life I pled guilty and paid the fine. But I also had a cop ticket me because I had my front plate in my front window because when I bought my Lancer Evolution
it came from a state that did not need a front plate so it never had the plate holder installed I installed the front plate under the headlight and made the court drop the case. See when you break the law you can pay a fine or fight it in court with your system
it is unjust they only lock whoever in jail and throw away the keys.

I may jibber jabber on but I’m trying to help you see how wrong the system you work for is.

When I first started playing Forza I raced this guy called Beng he would cut track crashed players when they tried to pass and if you beat him he would quit so he wouldn’t lose his veteran ranking, I did not like him but I would not want him to be banned
because of people like him I push myself to get better so I could beat people like him in any race. When I got so good I could beat him in any race he would come into the lobby and see me and leave the lobby that felt great sometimes its good to have enemies
they will push you to get better if you ban all the a**holes we would lose that, I would rather beat one a**hole I don’t like then beat a hundred newbie’s.

 

By the way I seen that Snowowl wrote Code of conduct on his vinyl how is making a copy of that vinyl a violation of code of conduct? Tell me where it is written because I have read the entire code and it's not mentioned anywhere?

 

Last time I checked bans, forza, code of conduct, terms of use, moderators... etc were not in any Bible. Thats what you have been talking about 95% of the time during your rants.

Where is it written in the terms of use about playing nice with others or how you should behave on a game or how copying a persons vinyl is a violation of the code of conduct?

Remember it’s a game, I would not crash someone off the road or shoot someone 100 times in the head then teabag their corpse in real life doing that would be unacceptable behavior and a big waste of bullets but it’s acceptable in a game because it’s fantasy.

 

You keep bringing up you're rights, and the morality of whats right and wrong, but you also keep saying its just games and you can do certain things in them because its fantasy, you cant have it both ways. As long as you are not affecting anyone else yes
you most likely can do what you would like, but when you start doing things in games that affect fellow players then you are breaking the rules........ Like you said though this is just video games, its not real life so lets just take a deep breath.......

First thing is I did not make the same vinyl as Snowowl my vinyl said Play Mean and Play Nice Barbie so the code of conduct.

Evidence indicates since 2012 you have been banned by the employees of either Turn 10 or Playground Games many times, and you seem to have targeted one individual to blame. He is not an employee of either company, and does not have access to perform
bans. Please stop your rhetoric, and just play the games an intended.

 

So if I did not break a code of conduct the last time I was banned then what right did the admins have in banning me? I have been unjustly banned many times since 2012 so can you see why I have a problem with your system.

As I said point me to what code of conduct I violated if you say I broke one show me where its written in the code of conduct?

Also show me were the it written that a player can get banned for wrecking other players and not playing nice?

The terms of use are meant to protect players and as long as you follow them you should be safe from getting banned they are not meant to be abused by moderators and admins to unjustly ban people.

Its like a cop arresting a person when they did not break any law if a cop did that what do you think would happen to that cop he most likely would be suspended or fired. So if this guy and I were banned without breaking any rules what do you think should
happen to the person or persons responsible?

 

I'm done wasting my time with you. Instead I will go play some Forza games.
