Forza 6 gamertag banned for nothing

I don't care if its a demolition derby I run my race I find it fun to avoid crashes it adds to the challenge of online racing if you can't handle the challenge go offline and play by your self or play only with your friends.

Gamertag Banned, no reason given. I want to know why.

My gamertag was banned from Forza Horizon 3 car auctions & car clubs. I have no enforcement history as to why my gamertag was banned. Please notify my account as to why gamertag was banned. I just subscribed to one year of Xbox live, but will cancel if
nothing is done. I have contacted Microsoft Xbox and they referred me to this forum. I don't think Forza employees are even watching this site.

There are a few incorrect answers in this thread though.



A forza forum ban is totally separate from a game ban. What can happen though is when people get a game ban they post in such a way on the forums that they get banned there as well.



My answer is not official.



I believe Forza bans are game by game. Do something wrong in Forza 4 then you get banned in Forza 4. The reason why I say this is because I have seen people post on the forums saying - I was banned in FM4 for such and such and was also banned in Horizon
but did nothing wrong there. Then the list of their Horizon infringements is posted. Also people do not understand that some Forza bans are console based. So they create a new gamertag and wonder why that gamertag is banned.



My prediction is FM5 is a fresh start for all. Behave in FM5 and you should be ok.

 

I find it funny that a person can get banned because of racism and yet they ban people for not racing like they want isn't that hypocritical to single out people different than you and punish them for it?

I'm a fighter I'm a 2nd dan black belt in taekwondo and a black belt in jujitsu I have a fighters view if I get hit in a fight it was my fault that I was hit I did not block or avoid getting hit same thing in the game if you read my bio it's about if you
want something you will have to work to achieve it yourself no one is going to hand it to you. I'm not saying players should crash others and be mean but if that's the way you want to play who are you and who am I to tell them how to act.

Well that would be a Live issue and not Turn 10. That would have to do with communication part of the service and not a specific game.

So others don't have the right to play the game the way they want? Only the way you want? You even said SEVERAL times -

So it's fair for you or others to act like a *** and others just need to deal with it??? But thats not the way I choose to play the game I bought and according to you I should have that choice.

It's pretty easy to figure out - Don't race like an idiot and don't paint stuff that is risky or flat out stupid. Thousands of others have figured out how to play Forza without getting a ban so it must not be that hard to do.

Thats not what im even talking about, crashes happen, you have those games though were people go in and the only thing they want to do is wreck other racers, that is not challenging thats just plain stupid, now when a regular crash from regular
good racing happens then yes it is fun to avoid, but dealing with wreckers is not..... At least Forza 6 tries to keep those types of people together now in the leagues...

Some people just dont understand what they agree too or sign up for Fyerball 72, they start the game clicking OK to everything without giving it a second thought, till they get banned for breaking the terms of service, then their angry at the world for
something they did to themselves....

 

First I don’t like the terms of service I only agree to them because I have too agree to them to play.

Second people that hit others do not stop anybody from playing the game they only add difficulty to it but as I said if you don’t like it you have options vote them out of the lobby or choose a different lobby that plays the way you want. People that do
that kind stuff in games do it to get a rise out of people they are the same people that team kill as I said its not nice behavior and I don’t condone their behavior but I have no right to tell others how they should behave. I’m not their daddy everyone will
come across A**holes in every game but should they be bullied because they bullied others an eye for an eye leaves the hole world blind. If others choose to act like an a** you should not lower yourself to their level if you can’t deal with it you have a choice.
I have a problem with this kind of ban because Turn 10 took this guys choice to play online away from him forever you talk about your choice where is his choice.

As for me and my ban I said I did not violate any of the terms of service or code of conduct I told you why I was banned you can see by this conversation that I’m opposed to the ideal that people need to be moderated and I argue my point quite well that
is what got me banned. I know what vinyl’s got me banned it was two vinyl’s that said Play Mean and Play Nice Barbie both vinyl’s don’t violate any terms of service or code of conduct but they poked fun at Snowowls vinyl that is the reason I was banned that
is why no one will be able to answer what terms of service or code of conduct I broke because I did not violate any and I was banned for personal reasons. I did it to demonstrate how messed up the system has become thousands of people play Forza and not get
banned that is true but most people are sheep and comply with the powers that be but there are those like me who don’t kneel down because its easier to do nothing who sees a system that bans and punishes people because they act different or because they have
the power to do so as wrong and will defend their rights as a fellow human being should even if I don’t agree with their behavior I believe in peoples freedom to do and play as they want even if the way is not nice to me like I said its a game not real life
who cares if people crash you or team kill you or offends you its not real you lose nothing move on with your life who wants to live being angry at people because they lost a dumb game.

 

By the way the admins violate the terms of service every time they ban someone don’t believe me look it up and I quote Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Communication Services. Isn’t that what they do when they ban someone from
playing online but that’s okay because their the admins do as I say not as I do. By saying play this way or we will ban you aren’t they violating this clause Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy
and publicity) of others. Play as I say or you’ll get banned sounds a lot like harassment and a threat banning someone forever sounds like abuse and by banning me for exercising my freedom of speech they violated my legal rights in this country I’ll follow
terms of service but I’ll also follow my rights in the American constitution.

What am I not getting that I live in a police state, I go online to escape reality to find I escaped nothing I’m policed on the game by moderators and admins, at least with internal affairs the police have some oversight. Moderators or admins should only
ban people that mod and cheat not someone who plays different or has a messed up moral compass they are not morality police. I think what Turn 10 should do to solve some of the problems is use parental controls in the Xbox to determine the age of the player,
if you're under 16 your transfer to one server anyone 16 and older gets put on another that way you won't have kids crashing more mature players who just want to race.

What are you not getting can you sit there and honestly tell me this kid deserve to be banned forever because he made somebody mad on a game?

Congratulations admins on convicting a minor to life sentence without the possibility of parole, I hope you enjoy a hot climate because you're gonna be in one when you die.

Moderators and admins hide behind the terms of service and code of conduct to justify doing anything they want so they can say well you agreed to the terms, yes I agreed to the terms only because you didn't give me a choice, but even when I'm following the
terms of service and code of conduct they can still ban me even when I don't violate them.

Anyone who reads this will tell you I'm right and that I have the moral high ground and it's gonna be pretty hard for anyone to defend this kind of action.

Moderators should fight for gamers rights not just go along with whatever the admins say, you're supposed to act like public relations between us gamers and admins have a backbone and fight back for us.

If I was a moderator this would be my response to this post.

Sorry to hear you were banned I looked into the matter and it looks like you were intentionally crashing other players where as this behavior is frowned upon it is not a justified reason to ban someone I will look at getting this decision reversed. Please
remember in the future to treat others with more respect.

I’ll be on vacation for a week so I’m won’t be on so I will pass this conversation to others. And I’ll give the people that oppose my view time to come up with a good argument to why anyone has the right to demand how others should behave.

So far I have seen at least 2 threads here (Xbox.com) and not one has said you were right.

We do not hide behind the terms of use, those are the rules, if you don't follow the rules then that is your own fault. I now understand why Snow blocked you. Go ahead and continue thinking Turn 10 is out to get you. Bottom line is it's a game and that

have not violated any of the terms of use.

I like how you answered his question why he was banned but with my ban no one can come up with what rule I broke could it be I’m right and someone from Turn 10 is out to get me?

I have shown how even I could come up with how the admin have broke there own terms of use if you don’t follow your own terms of use how can you demand we follow them?

But I’m not really discussing my bans or terms of use I’m talking about people’s rights and freedom to behave anyway they want.

So far all you moderators have shown that you have no original thought all you have done is referenced the terms. I’m asking about your thoughts should a person be punished because they behaved badly?

If they do then everyone should be banned who has not made someone mad in a game everyone feels like being a**hole sometimes if you don’t your life is boring should this kid be banned because he was caught acting like one on that one day?

Snowowl most likely blocked you because you go on the forums preaching with all this jibber jabber nonsense about you're Constitutional rights and how the Moderators/Enforcement team have fringed upon you're rights. Rules are simple if you cant abide
by them then you get punished. Its just like when you get you're drivers license you adhere to rules and laws that come with that, or do you go arguing about how those rules hold you down and break you're rights and such too....
