Forza 6 Game-Code still not received (X-Box One Bundle (choose your game)

Hey there! I bought the X-Box One Bundle "Choose your Game" a few days ago, where you're able to choose between four games (Forza 6, Halo, Tomb Raider, Rare Replay). There was this little card which said I should go on Xbox.com/name-your-game and register
myself with a valid E-Mail-Address, the code on the card and my date of birth. I did everything and chose Forza 6. It said I would receive my Forza 6 - gamecode within 24 hours. I've been waiting for four days already and haven't received an E-Mail yet. I've
been trying to contact the support but I haven't got any answers yet. Can anybody help me?

Name Your Game Bundle Email code not recieved

Hey i have purchased the name your game bundle and still haven't received the email code to download my selected game (forza motorsport 6). Its been about 2 days now.

See this FAQ about the promotion and fill out the form at the bottom:

microsoft.promo.eprize.com/.../faq.html

That will be the best place to get support for this. The form is to be filled out for anyone having issues with the promotion, including those who did not receive the code.

Before you do fill out the form, check your Junk and Spam folders just in case the email ended up there (quite likely), but if it's not there then do look at the FAQ and the form.

Which specific promotion are you referring to? If you purchased a Forza 6 Xbox One console bundle, the code should be inside the box. If that's the case, be sure to check through the packaging for the code.

I purchased a Xbox ONE X Forza games bundle and the games DLC codes are missing - I have search all the paperwork and found the codes for Games Pass and Gold subscribption, so I know what Im looking for, Both Forza Motorsport 7 and Horizon 4 content
is missing and no dlc paperwork or codes to be found.

Try looking on the box, there may be a peelable label on the bottom hiding the codes.

If this is the name your game bundle, you need to enter that code into a website and choose your game, then you will receive the code for the game you choose via email.
