Forza 6 DLC issue

Back before the game launched me and my brother purchased ultimate edition and the game and DLC have worked perfectly up until a recent xb update.

Certain DLC no longer work when im offline these include: #66 Ford GT, chryslus rocket 69, hot wheels car pack, fast and furious car pack and the VIP car pack.

Because we purchased ultimate edition the issue is not a home xb issue otherwise the rest of the DLC and the game wouldn't work offline.

I have power cycled multiple times and cleared my cache but the issue persists.

Thanks for the follow up! The store employee you spoke to is correct. All pre-order bonuses and promotional items provided through the Microsoft Store are emailed out, and you should have definitely received by now if you ordered back in Sept.

I recommend hitting up Microsoft Store Support again explaining the specific promotion in detail and having a proof of purchase on handl. If you continue to experience issues, hit us up again here and private message me the reference number you get along

Forza 6 DLC

I pre-ordered the Forza 6 Console back in Sept. I still have not received my DLC for pre-ordering the console.

To clarify, are you and your brother trying to gameshare the content between Xbox One consoles or do you share the same Xbox One console?

We gameshare on the same console, but as I stated the game works fine and so do most of the DLC so its definitely not a home xbox issue.

Thanks for the extra info. When you try to play and access the content, can you make sure that your brother's account is also signed into the shared Xbox One console and see if that allows you to access the DLC?

When he is signed in there is no difference, the specific DLC still dont work.

 

Does the DLC work on your brother's account?

 

Not when we are playing offline.

Thanks for the extra info. Are you able to try
uninstalling the game and reinstalling it, and all the content, to see if that helps resolve the issue?

 

The game and the majority of the dlc work fine, and this issue occurred after an xbox update so I dont think uninstalling would be worthwhile.

I did uninstall the dlc which aren't working power cycled then reinstalled them but the issue persisted. I wont be able to uninstall the game due to not being able to download it again.
