Forza 6 content

я в третий раз купил дополнительный контент для вашей игры. Где белым по синему написано что вы получите БЕСПЛАТНО машины из списка, а не будете их покупать. В итоге игра требует купить эти машины за игровую валюту, это не правильно! Помогите или
верните деньги за три контента! Такого я ещё не видел, в 5 форзе оплатил и получил,а тут какая то фигня.... Оплатил это оплатил то, мммм ты так не договаривались .

Forza 6 Ultimate upgrade option?

I received Forza 6 bundled with my XBox One. To now buy Forza 6 Ultimate, I'd be paying twice for the same game.

For Xbox Gold members, Forza 6 is currently $30 and Forza 6 Ultimate is $54. How about offering an upgrade package for Forza 6 owners to Ultimate for the difference - $24? Or even $30?

Before anyone suggests buying all the Ultimate add-ons separately, it should be noted that buying that content separately would cost much more than $54.

Forza 6 getting nascar expansion?

To answer the OPs question about tracks. The number of tracks on Forza 6 blows the number of tracks on Forza 5 out of the water. Forza 5 had 14 tracks on release and released two more through free updates totaling 16 tracks. Forza 6 came with 26 tracks
out the gate not including the different configurations of each. So yes much more content in 6 compared to 5.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue. I'm guessing you have already checked out your in-game garage to be sure the cars were not placed there, correct? Have you also checked your in-game messages to see if the cars were sent to you as gifts?

If you still aren't seeing them, can you provide us with a screenshot of your purchase for the car pack in question? As well as images of where the cars should be in your garage. (You can sort the cars by manufacturer and show us where they should be.)

все проверил, куплено почти всё из платного контента, контент скачивался, но не давался. Бесплатно остался только пакет ваших маших. Купил сначала 2 контента, июльский набор и hot wheels, а потом top gear. Они скачались, но не появились в гараже

I understand the cars didn't show up in your garage. When you load up the game and are at the main menu, can you go to your Message Center please? From there, press RB on your controller until you get to the "Gifts" tab and see if you have messages/gifts
waiting for you there?

Can you show us a screenshot of what you see under the "Gifts" tab as well? We are trying to exhaust all the possibilities we can on our end. We can see you've purchased the content so we want to do what we can to help you find it.

Hey there! Thanks for that. I really appreciate your patience and willingness to work with us. We ended up purchasing the Top Gear Car Pack for Forza Motorsport 6 on our local account to try to see exactly where the cars should be. According to the DLC description,
the following cars included in this pack are: 2015 Dodge Charger Hellcat, 2016 Jaguar F-TYPE Project 7, and a 2014 Ferrari FXX K. (There are other cars but these ones in particular are identified and it says you should receive them for free, with no additional
cost.)

I looked around the game and you are correct, nothing in the Gifts section or in My Cars either. When I went to the in-game Car marketplace (not the player run one), I looked under the Dodge tab and saw this:



From this screen, I am able to "purchase" this car and add it to my cars for free. Do you see this when you check the specific car tabs identified in the DLC packs? Here's another example:

Can you double check under the specific car tabs and see if you see the cars there for sale for "Free"?

If you still don't see anything, please try
reinstalling the game and all DLC associated with it to see the content pops up then.

Thanks for those screenshots. That's just super weird! Alright. The next step is going to be having the purchase refunded, the license removed, and then having you re-purchase the content. Unfortunately, we cannot do that here on the forums. You'll want
to reach out to your local
phone/chat support teams and work with them to make that happen.
