i got the xbox choose a game bundle and chose forza 6 but the email the game code was sent to i no longer am able to access. a few days latert the game randomly appiered on my console i played for a bit but then it sayed i was no longer authorized to so
i tried to reinstall it but was not able to install it. i tried to call the support number and they were going to get me the game again but cannot do it digitaly so they sent me here.

Forza 6 Game-Code still not received (X-Box One Bundle (choose your game)

Hey there! I bought the X-Box One Bundle "Choose your Game" a few days ago, where you're able to choose between four games (Forza 6, Halo, Tomb Raider, Rare Replay). There was this little card which said I should go on Xbox.com/name-your-game and register
myself with a valid E-Mail-Address, the code on the card and my date of birth. I did everything and chose Forza 6. It said I would receive my Forza 6 - gamecode within 24 hours. I've been waiting for four days already and haven't received an E-Mail yet. I've
been trying to contact the support but I haven't got any answers yet. Can anybody help me?

Actually the link you have provided shows that you had a little trouble following the right link where you can purchase the game and somewhat you misunderstood the first line of the ad:

got this free in the forza 6 console bundle i picked up yesterday.. wasn't sure whether to trade it in towards battlefront or just keep it and hope i get around to it (unlikely)

Where did you purchase the Forza 6 Xbox One bundle? All of the content should be included within the bundle, but if there are additional pieces of DLC that a retailer offered, you will want to get in contact with the retailer you purchased from. We do not
have any Forza 6 DLC codes to provide through this forum.
