Forza 5

Hi

Am pretty new to xBox and am struggling with a few aspects, which I've posted about on other parts of this forum. This question relates to Forza 5 multiplayer : what do I need to do to be able to race against a friend, on the same screen?!? I have two controllers
- on the PlayStation it was as simple as choosing multiplayer...seems like the xBox wants me to sign up to xBox Live or some other service for the privilege??? Is this right?

What I seen mentioned now, basically we get Forza 5 in 2013, Forza 6 not before 2015 but there is talk of a next gen Forza Horizon 2 released between Forza 5-6.

Here's what you need to do.

• Make sure both controllers are turned on and you are signed into your account.
  
• Load up Forza 5.
• Then you will want to select 'Free Play' from the main menu.
• Now press start (the button with the 3 lines) on the second controller.

Choose your cars and track, then get set go.

OK, so you have one controller signed in as you.

Give the second controller to a second person. Using that one, press the white Home button (middle glowing white button) and press the profile picture in the top left and then select 'Sign in as Guest'.

Then go back to Forza and go into splitscreen.
