Forza 5 you need to buy this game

I originally installed this game with disc and purchased the add on through xbox , I then joined gamepass ultimate and as it was on gamepass I didn't need to use the disc to play . A year later I moved so cancelled my subscription since that time even using the disc it now tells me I need to purchase the game . I reset my console , reinstalled the game from disc in offline mode updated it all and still it keeps telling me I need to purchase . I own 10 disc based games for example RDR2 and many others all play flawlessly from disc and none of them were gamepass , only Forza 5 . I have checked my Internet, cleared the cache and persistent storage and it work 25% of the time from the disc , but the 75% of the time ask me to buy it . To be honest there must be a connection between gamepass and the issue I'm having because it's 100% not hardware related, it even tells me I was refunded but I never purchased the game digitally only the add ons and they show as purchased in my account. The disc is as new not a mark on it and as I said all other disc based games work perfectly, forza 5 is the only one with a digital link , you said it reads the game licence from the disc if that is the case then why isn't it working all the time ans not sometimes . My next step was to remove my account and resign in but did that previously when I reset the console so you have any ideas because I think it gamepass / account related. Do you mean Forza 5 or Forza Horizon 5?

If you buy gamepass ultimate then that includes xbox live gold & access to 100's of games on gamepass,including Forza Horizon 5 if that's what you meant.

Forza 5 has been delisted now i think anyway.

You now have info that can take X1 into the lead, you can now have a group of friends, and share the games you, buy, this is the thing families will buy for their kids, because if they have sons, they can now share games, and you have a bigger library to
choose from.

Halo 5, can be shared by son a, while son b plays forza 5, then they switch without the disc, where son a plays forza and son b plays halo 5, no need to move games around all in the cloud. that is what families need

forza horizon is hands down a bad game. in horizon sure they are running a new server but they completely lost the point and physics of the forza franchise. if you want a freeroam game buy need for speed or test drive. i just think forza horizon was a waste
of money by the forza company. at least they are making forza 5 for the 360 and one

Was a bad idea sell Forza 5 with xbox one if they steering wheels will not work, because you need to buy a new steering wheel with a new game and with a new console... to much money.
