    First, welcome to the Xbox community. You need to update your video card driver to the latest one, if you have an NVIDIA card you may be doing it through GEFORCE EXPERIENCE. As informed by the screenshot you provided us your driver version is 27.21.14, the version you need to download is 30.0.14.

    You need to update your graphics driver.

    If you have a NVIDIA GPU you should have GeForce Experience installed on your PC already.

    You can update the drivers from there.

    You could try reinstalling your graphics card driver via manufacturer site

    Or if you already have the latest driver, try uninstalling the actual one and install instead a previous driver version.

    Also, try changing graphics settings inside Forza Horizon 5 to see if that makes the trick

    If finally the issue persists, you may need to wait until a new update is released for the game

    Thank you for coming by to the Xbox forums. Normally, artifacts or distorted video is due to a change within the graphics card drivers and you did mention that this happened after updating your Windows system. What happened is probably the Windows update
    automatically updated your graphics card drivers and caused this issue. Maybe
    re-installing the drivers through the device manager     will help but you may also have to download any updates through Nvidia.

    I recommend also posting this same issue over on the Forza Forums and Forza subreddit if any other users have the same graphics card as you having the same issues after a system update.


    I'd definitely look into your graphics cards and if there is anyway to maybe revert the graphics card update.
