However, as they informed in the article that I am going to share below:

“We will not be able to return any lost progress or return your old save. We will produce a 1:1 match to your inventory for Forza Horizon players.

Unfortunately, we will NOT be able to return any Forzathon Points, Skill Points, Level, Experience, Tokens, or Progress”.

I've had massive problems with NFS:Rivals. Playing the game is fine, no crashes/hangs or anything and I've been progressing in the game. However each time I "quit" the game (normally by loading up another game but also quitting via the menu) I lose progress.

Lost progress varies from a few hours to an entire day's play. I haven't lost a save, there's always one there, but I ALWAYS lose progress when I quit the game.

It's very annoying!

I've also been playing Forza 5 but with no issues at all, NFS is the only game that's causing the problem.

Be cautious if your going to use cloud to transfer. Just tried it out and I lost all my progress in Forza 3 and Resident Evil 5.
