Forza 5 preorder

I ordered the Forza Horizon 5 Premium Add-Ons Bundle on my account on June 21st and have had the game downloaded on my xbox since the day it was available. I know several people who have played it already in my area. I do not own gamepass on my account but can play all the games on it more or less without issue. I have waited hours for the 110 GB game to download for a second time and it will not let me open it. If I can 'own' and download the game, and own all of the DLC before most of it is even made. Why can I not play it. Will I even get the bonus for preordering months in advance, I can't even simply buy the extra game and solve the problem as the bundle with everything cost $100 and at this point I don't trust the store to get all the dlc and bonuses that I paid for. I will be satisfied enough if I can play the game on its official launch day, even if it's only on my xbox one and not also pc, if I get the preorder bonuses. I can live with missing out on the days of head start to get tuner and painter level, two levels that are tremendously important but almost entirely out of my control. I would like the game I paid for thank you. I know this reads like a broken record but it's very late and I am lividly upset about this and other things currently.
