Forza 5 Premium Edition not fully functional (PC Version - Windows 10)

Thanks for your help Car.Tzy, finally resolved. Finally got Microsoft Store to 'Instal' Premium and all seems to be working OK. I have uninstalled the Game Pass version but weirdly this is the one that boots up (probably something to do with my game data being required). All working now, thanks again. Nots

Thanks for the info; Store reset did allow me to open Premium from store BUT on toggling to Hot Wheels it went thru the same routine - sign in which in Hot Wheels map directed me to Store and once again I was asked to pay another £39.99 for something I own. Then tried Clearing Cache. Same result unfortuantely. Not to be defeated I toggled to Rivals in Hot Wheels which again routed me to Store BUT this time the 'Instal' Hot Wheels illuminated. Good? No! the Instal would not work. On you advice I tried your link to Support but frustratingly the sign in mode went into a loop. I guess I am no further forward? Any other suggestions (I am not losing patience yet lol). Nots

No, you need to have Windows 10 to play it. You can use any Windows 10 device: windows phones, tablets, PCs, etc. If you want to play with your friends that have the Windows 10 Edition, there is cross play functionality between mobile, console and Windows
10 versions of the game.
