Forza 5 online sync issues

I have had my Xbox One and Forza 5 game since November and everything has been great until this morning.

I did some racing last night and finished a series. This morning it appeared to have lost track of all of the races I completed last night. In addition when I go into a race it is not showing anything in the leaderboards, nor is it showing me my times and
the standings when I complete a new race. I am guessing there is an issue with the game servers (which I just saw the status change for the "Social and Gaming" service status to limited").

I wanted to make sure the Live team is aware of further potential issues with Forza 5 beyond just the "Rivals" mode that is mentioned within the Xbox Live Services status page. Hopefully I have not lost everything that I did last night.

Xbox memory transfer question...

Install, update, and let it sync to 100% and everything should be fine. I've transferred Forza 5 and Horizon 2 saves from one box to another with no issues. Sync took forever though.

Forza 5 will not sync

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, refreshing my saves on my console, but it still takes an hour to two hours and then fails. It never reaches 1%. I have over 2000 hours on this save alone and i need help to get it back.

I also wanted to add that this is not an issue with my internet connection as I do appear to be able to connect to the Microsoft store and browse other online content. It just seems to be a syncing issue with Forza which is the only thing I have played on
the Xbox One for the past day. It is possible other things are affected that I have just not noticed yet.

After the "Rivals" issue was fixed yesterday , the leader board problems disappeared. Unfortunately it appears that I did lose the races I had done the night before. I have also noticed all of my tokens are now gone. I had over 1200 a couple days ago and
now I am at 0. My credits are still there but I am not thrilled with losing all of my tokens and some of my race accomplishments. I hope this does not become a regular occurrence.

Your save is gone i'm afraid.

For some reason Forza 5/Horizon 2 sometimes have an issue syncing with the cloud server,will get to 99% & fail.

If you had tried to sync it again it would of synced properly or given you the option to use an older save.

I feel your pain,i lost a save with about 150 hours worth of gameplay on Forza 5
