    Forza 5 not using the CPU or GPU


    Hello, I would need help with the launch of Forza 5. When I alt+tab into the game or not on the game it uses my cpu and gpu, but once I go back into my game within 3 seconds, it starts using less than 5% of both of them and my fps going from around 150 to literally 2-5 fps making the game completely unplayable. I can't even get through the tutorial. I have tried so many different ways to fix this and none of it helped. I even tried contacting Forza support team, didnt help either, I just wanted to play this game and any help would be gratefully appreciated.

    I have a AMD Ryzen 5 3600 3.6GHz, GTX 1660 Super 6GB, SSD, 16GB RAM, B450 Motherboard.

    Also, I checked every driver/windows updates, and they are all up to date.

    My minecraft using More Gpu and not using Cpu

    Mine is a gaming pc with good spec. I used to record minecraft with streamlabs using gpu and minecraft use cpu but after I saw a tutorial video for gta 5 to use more gpu then all games using gpu, Minecraft is cpu based game. I download some registry file from the tutorial and ran it also some other files which made all games use gpu.

    My CPU is a Ryzen 5 3600 and while I understand that the 2060 is not a high end GPU, when I was using the 580 starfield at least used the GPU. It maxed it out and had some stuttering issues, but it was at least being used. Now with the 2060, games that had previously used my GPU are no longer doing so. In task manager under GPU Engine, it keeps saying GPU 0 - Copy instead of GPU 0 - 3D for the games I mentioned above and the CPU is being used instead.
