Forza 5 Missing title update

So i went to play forza today and it wasnt installed on my hard drive, i never uninstalled it so im not sure why that is. But when i install and try to play it says missing title update, and it wont prompt me to download it. I still cant install games when
im connected to xbox live and that is the only time it asks if i want to downlad the 6GB update

UPDATE***

They are sending me my missing components Monday. They have also given me 2 years of xbox live, forza 5 and dr3. Im happy now!!

No XB1 game forums?

Is there a Forza 5 forum ... Or any XB1 game forums? Maybe I'm missing it. I find it hard to believe MS didn't plan for a system launch and one of their key titles.

Any solution yet; this is absolutely ridiculous as I cannot even play offline even if I wanted to. I own a disc and should be able to play whenever I want to.
