Forza Horizon March Meguiar's car pack missing

I have a season pass to Forza Horizon, but I cannot see the March Meguiar’s Car Pack when I'm in-game. I can see it in the regular Xbox Live Marketplace, and the 400 point price, but I can't see it at all inside the game. Any ideas?

I dont have car pass and i dont want it,

But i want to buy the meguiar pack but i cant buy it wtf.

 

M$ and T10 you dont care about your fan you only want money it ilegal what you make.

By the way the project car kill the forza

The 1940 Ford De Luxe Coupe is actually a very nice car; I upped its braking and handling characteristics as well as much of its engine as I could while still keeping it in D-class and it's now my best in class.

 

I like all the cars Turn 10 has worked on bringing to the Xbox One, but it would've been nice to have some more new ones rather than one to three per pack. Having 7-9 cars from Forza 3 or 4 each time just makes me feel a little ripped off. Ah well, the M3
DTM is a great add. Too bad it's pack only.

 

Are these the only 2 muscle cars in the game..
