Ok guys making a new thread. FORZA 5 MEET UP V3.0! i will def be on for the FH2 meet monday and def for the forza 5 meet on thursday only reason i never turned up was i was helping laura finish her raid after i went on FH2 but no one was on. i will def be

How do the cars handle in Forza Motorsport 5?

Depends on the setting you select in difficulty you can have all of those

 

Lei Fang, while Cyrix is right, I would venture to say that it's far more to the simulation side of things, especially if you change the difficulty to the higher settings. Also, every car controls differently on top of that and are infinitely customizable,
so that means some cars are easier to control while others, not so much... I find that the game is great for experimentation - you try different cars on different tracks with different setups and tunes and see what works for you best.

With that being said, the Easy difficulty setting will give me arcade handling for my car and I can still use Manual Transmission (Automatic Transmission is horrible)?

I'm not sure Lei Fang, but even if it isn't available right off the bat, I imagine it wouldn't be that expensive.

 

Just checked. the Mazda RX-8 is 31,000 in-game credits. that shouldn't take you long at all depending on your difficulty level and how well you place in each race. With my settings, I get on average 7,000 credits per race and that's not even counting additional
credits from good placement in the race or the tremendously large credit bonus I get on level-ups or from using the same brand of car over and over again.

 

Ok gave it a quick go. Managed a 2:33:246 not sure if I could shave another 10+ off this time to match chips. But I gave it a good shake for a 20 min session.

 

I Wont be home until Monday night so I won't have a lot of time with this one. Hope everyone is having fun improving. Can't decide between two challenges I thought up so I'll post on here on Wednesday so you can vote. Majority rules. Hopefully everyone can
participate.
