Forza 5 linking problem on PS5.

I installed Forza 5 on my Playstation 5 and it worked with an account where I used my Xbox account, but with my brother's account it goes well with all the steps on the phone and says that I can safely close the window and play Forza, but on the game it says "linking" then stops and says "you may not proceed without linking an account" .. no matter how many times I do it, same problem.. on my account it worked after saying "linking" it started the game immediately. Please tell me how to fix this, the account that worked was (*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***), and the one that didn't is (*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***). You can only link one account:

"Linking a Microsoft account to a PSN account is on a title-by-title basis and permanent. Players have the ability to unlink the Microsoft account to that PSN account, for Forza Horizon 5, but will be constrained to relinking to only that specific and originally linked, Microsoft account"

You can't do anything...once it's linked, it can't be changed:

Players have the ability to unlink the Microsoft account to that PSN account, for Forza Horizon 5, but will be constrained to relinking to only that specific and originally linked, Microsoft account.
